Logik Works was established to provide Positive Behaviour Support that is effective, accountable and aligned with NDIA policy. With expertise spanning law, psychology and behaviour support, our team offers a level of clarity and professionalism that gives families, providers and support staff confidence in every report.

We focus on solutions that are practical and sustainable. Every assessment and plan is designed to be understood by the people who use it, not just professionals. By keeping language clear and strategies achievable, we help ensure positive behaviour support is implemented consistently across real-world settings.
Director & Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Antony is the founding Director of Logik Works Pty Ltd, a registered NDIS provider delivering evidence‑based Positive Behaviour Support across South Australia. Since 2023 he has led a multidisciplinary team completing Functional Behaviour Assessments, authoring person‑centred Behaviour Support Plans, and coaching staff to implement proactive, least‑restrictive strategies. His work is grounded in NDIS values of choice and control, capacity building, inclusion, and measurable outcomes—supporting participants to increase independence, safety, and community participation.
Before establishing Logik Works, Antony worked as an Advanced PBS Practitioner, reducing restrictive practices through high‑quality plans and workforce training. Earlier roles within Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service—SA‑NT Manager of Specialist Assessments, SA‑NT Manager of Psychological Services, and Service Delivery Manager for Job Capacity Assessments—strengthened his expertise in clinical governance, policy development, and large‑scale service delivery.
Antony holds a Bachelor of Psychology and is completing Honours research in applied behaviour analysis. He is Comcare‑accredited in complex psychological injury management, trained in critical‑incident stress interventions, and has delivered more than 12,000 hours of counselling and behavioural assessment. His practice is human‑rights‑based and data‑driven, emphasising environmental redesign, skill development, transparent reporting, and continuous quality improvement.
Guiding motto: “Capacity Building Through Rational Thinking and Positive Support.”
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Ashleigh is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who brings a decade of experience across disability and mental health following her Bachelor of Psychological Science. At Logik Works she delivers person‑centred Positive Behaviour Support that builds functional skills, reduces barriers to participation, and strengthens choice and control. Ashleigh works closely with participants, families, and providers to co‑design practical strategies that generalise to home, work, and community—always focusing on safety, dignity, and measurable progress.
Ashleigh’s earlier roles include Supported Independent Living (embedding person‑centred practice), Local Area Coordination (deep knowledge of the NDIS and access pathways), Senior LAC (complex‑needs portfolio and team coaching), and Specialist Support Coordinator/Psychosocial Recovery Coach (integrated planning and implementation). This breadth gives her a whole‑of‑system view—linking robust assessment, clear reports, and collaborative planning to secure appropriate funding and drive outcomes.
Her approach is strengths‑based, evidence‑informed, and solution‑focused. She prioritises clear communication, timely documentation, and coaching of support teams to maintain consistency and reduce escalation. Ashleigh’s practice aims to build everyday living skills, confidence, and community engagement while reducing restrictive practices through proactive environmental and skill‑building strategies.
Guiding motto: “Cultivate strengths, embrace challenges, empower change.”
Clinical Psychologist (Therapeutic Supports)
Tony is a Clinical Psychologist with 20 years’ experience delivering evidence‑based therapy across disability and mental health. At Logik Works Tony provides NDIS Therapeutic Supports to build functional capacity, emotional regulation, and everyday coping—supporting greater independence, wellbeing, and participation. He collaborates with participants, families, and our PBS team to set clear goals, track outcomes, and translate skills into daily routines at home, work, and in the community.
Tony’s integrative, person‑centred approach is trauma‑informed and outcomes‑focused. He draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, relaxation and breathing training, grief and adjustment support, hypnotherapy (where clinically appropriate), social‑skills development, relapse‑prevention planning, and carer coaching—selecting methods to match goals and preferences. Common areas of support include anxiety, low mood, trauma/PTSD, stress and burnout, sleep difficulties, pain coping, health‑behaviour change, and confidence for community participation.
Within Logik Works Tony provides psychology (Therapeutic Supports). His work aligns with NDIS goals of choice and control, inclusion, and capacity building, with transparent reporting and measurable progress as standard.
Guiding motto: “Strengthen what you can control to create lasting change.”
